Sue Charteris
Director, Shared Intelligence
Sue Charteris is a Public Policy Consultant specialising in Local Government and Public Service Reform. Building on her previous experience as Chief Executive of Merton and Executive Director of Kirklees local authorities, she was founder member of the Local Government Modernisation Team at the then DTLR (now CLG) and associate fellow of the Local Government Centre at Warwick Business School. She co-founded the Shared Intelligence consultancy in 2000.
John Houghton
Senior Consultant
John has overall responsibility for the development of the LAA PLUS Network. He has a range of policy-making, academic and practitioner experience and was the Community empowerment and Third Sector Team Leader at CLG prior to joining Shared Intelligence.
